Back to the 80's take two!

80's Roller Skating Party - the theme was movies in the 80's - I dressed up like Xanadu and Jeremy dressed up in his "Save Ferris" (a la Ferris Bueller's Day Off) shirt. We had a great time - Jeremy fell once and I didn't fall at all this time woohoo!

Crazy Train

O.K. So I have made a few new years resolution, for myself and for the family. One of them was to make my blog into a book - but http://www.blurb.com/ is not able to slurp my blog for some reason. If anyone has any ideas please let me know - the whole reason I started blogging was to make this into a journal/memory book. Most of my resolutions, thus far, I am doing pretty well. I wish everyone else luck on their fresh start to a new year!

I have to share too that Jackson every time we get into the car he asks to listen to "Crazy Train" by Ozzy Osbourne - He actually sings it! I love it! Rock on! (this picture of him is from last year)

Bronwyn's Birthday Butterscotch Bonanza!

Last week we celebrated my sister's birthday. She has always been a favorite of butterscotch, so I found a recipe for butterscotch cake and WOW they are goooood! (Chocolate frosting!) We went down to their house and kids had a good time playing with their cousins.

The Utes Did It!

The Utes did it, it was an awesome game - one for the record books!
Our friends the Clark's had their annual new years dessert party (the night of the Utah game) - it was a great time eating and watching the game while the kids had a good time in their huge playroom. And Yes, Dean is wearing a nice apron that they got at the Alexander's Christmas Party white elephant gift exchange - complements of the Robinson's!
The Raabs!
This is what I brought to the party - in the picture they look a little like bones - they are supposed to be snowflakes.

Happy New Year!

Welcome 2009! I didn't get to take any pictures of New Years Eve or New Years Day. I was busy taking care of Madison, she awoke New Years Eve with an ear ache and then that evening she didn't sleep very well - so early New Years day I took her to the Doctor in Modesto where my parents live, and so we were there for half the day - she is doing fine. But the boys and the cousins had a great time with sparklers and poppers, and the kids rang in the New Year New York time - 9pm. When the kids were all settled in there sleep over the big kids played games and awaited the real midnight hour - it was a lot of fun!
